Jaime Leigh Jones, alleging that she’d been brutally gang raped by her own co-workers, locked in a trailer, and forced into silence, sued KBR for 145M in damages for condoning a hostile workplace and lost last month. Now KBR wants her to pay 2M in legal fees incurred by this “frivolous lawsuit.”
